Custodial
Trust Company (CTC) is an FDIC-insured commercial bank located
in Princeton, New Jersey. The bank is a subsidiary of JPMorgan Chase & Co. CTC's capital base is approximately
$240 million, and the bank provides custody and securities
portfolio servicing for approximately $86 billion of client
assets--both domestic and international*.
CTC offers a wide variety of services related to domestic
and global custody, clearing and trade settlement, securities
lending, and borrowing against securities collateral. The
client base is small but distinguished and includes many insurance
companies, public mutual funds, state pension funds, hedge
funds, and private investment partnerships whose names are
widely recognized.
CTC has been providing custody services since 1984. Its first
international custody services were initiated in 1987.
